Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve sales goals in-store and via digital tools such as texting and social media
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
- Participate in trainings to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Handle and lift merchandise safely, including reaching and lifting items up to 25 pounds
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills with ability to connect with diverse customers

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work a schedule based on business needs
