Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and measure customers to determine proper size and fit.
- Provide personalized service and honest product recommendations to build customer loyalty.
- Achieve sales goals in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media.
- Collaborate with team to maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising and stocking.
- Fill orders, perform price markdowns, and complete light cleaning tasks.
- Participate in training to stay current on product and fashion knowledge.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
