Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling support to customers at the NYC Flagship. Build lasting customer relationships through both in-store and digital interactions while working to meet sales goals. Support department readiness through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via store and digital channels.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals using tools like text and social media.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with team members to stay current on product and fit knowledge.
