Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fits and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via text and social media.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the department customer ready through stocking and remerchandising.
• Process orders and assist with price markdowns and light cleaning duties.
• Participate in training to maintain product and fashion knowledge.
• Use networking and technology tools to drive sales and engagement.
