Summary
Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services to build customer confidence and loyalty. Use digital and in-store tools to meet sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department and collaborating with the team. Perform physical tasks related to stocking and merchandising and remain flexible to business needs and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring for size and recommending fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Participate in training to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team on filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready department
- Use networking and technology to drive sales
- Handle merchandise, including lifting and reaching as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, sensitivity and commitment to body positivity during fittings
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and perform physical tasks
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
