Summary

Provide personalized lingerie service and expert bra fittings to help customers find the right fit and style. Use in-store and digital channels to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales. Collaborate with the team to keep the department merchandise-ready through stocking and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings and measure customers for proper sizing and fit guidance
• Offer personalized styling and product recommendations to support customer confidence
• Build and maintain customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions (text, social, etc.)
• Meet sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers
• Empathy, sensitivity, and a body-positive approach for intimate apparel fittings
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals and using technology to drive sales
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills and willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to perform physical tasks including continuous movement, frequent bending and reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
