Summary
Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services to customers, building lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Support department presentation and sales goals while participating in continuous learning and collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and provide fit and style guidance in the fitting room
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual and department sales goals including using text and social media
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Maintain a customer ready department and perform light cleaning
- Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
- Use networking and technology to drive sales
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving merchandise as needed

- Ability to provide empathetic sensitive service and promote body positivity
- Self motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform continuous movement for long periods and handle physical demands

- Previous retail or lingerie fitting experience preferred
