Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to build customer trust and loyalty, drive sales in-store and digitally, and maintain a customer ready department through merchandising and teamwork. Deliver empathetic, body positive service while meeting sales goals and participating in ongoing product and fit training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions
- Achieve individual and team sales goals and participate in performance based incentives
- Use text and social media tools to drive sales and follow up with clients
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and re merchandise the department
- Participate in price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Stay current on product knowledge and fashion through trainings
- Support an inclusive and respectful fitting environment for diverse customers
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers
- Empathy and sensitivity for intimate apparel fittings and body positive service
- Self motivated with a drive to meet sales goals
- Comfort using technology and networking to support sales efforts
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Willingness to complete training on bra fitting and product knowledge
