The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized intimate apparel fittings and styling, builds customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, and supports department presentation and merchandising to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Use digital tools such as text and social media to drive sales
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, restock, re-merchandise and maintain a customer-ready department
- Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in trainings to maintain product knowledge
- Perform light cleaning and price markdowns as needed
- Handle merchandise including lifting and reaching items during stocking and fittings
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer connection
- Empathy sensitivity and commitment to body positive fittings for diverse customers
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals and using technology for networking
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours per shift and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
