Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide confident and honest styling and fit recommendations to customers
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through organization and light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments when required
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
