Summary

Provide customer-focused sales and styling support in the men's apparel department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and completing light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Strong interest in networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and follow through.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
