Summary

Provide personalized men’s apparel styling and service while helping customers create complete wardrobes. Build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and contribute to a productive, customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the selling standard through attentive service, fashion advice, and follow-up.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet personal sales goals and maintain current product and trend knowledge.
• Stock, re-merchandise, recover merchandise, complete markdowns, and assist with inventory counts.
• Support teammates and maintain department readiness in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
