Summary

Sell mens apparel both in-store and through digital channels, cultivating and growing a customer following. Provide styling and fit guidance while meeting sales goals and using selling tools such as text and social media. Maintain a customer-ready department and support team efforts across the store as needed. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit and assist with styling
• Use networking and technology, including text and social media, to grow sales
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open customer rewards program accounts and support cross-department needs

• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
