Summary

Provide exceptional fashion sales and styling support to customers in-store and digitally, building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Use selling tools including text and social media, assist with merchandising and inventory tasks, and support department needs as required. Maintain flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Deliver personalized styling advice and accurate fit recommendations
• Use text and social media to drive sales and engage customers
• Open new rewards program accounts and promote customer enrollment
• Perform merchandise tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and assist with light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet business needs
