Summary

Provide exceptional fashion focused customer service through in-store and digital selling, build lasting customer relationships, and meet sales goals while supporting department operations and merchandising. Work a flexible schedule and occasionally assist in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Engage customers and build lasting relationships both in person and via text and social media
• Provide honest styling and fit advice to customers
• Open new rewards accounts to grow customer programs
• Use selling tools and technology to drive sales
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members to keep the department customer ready
• Be flexible to work in different departments when required
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
