Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions.
• Support customers over the phone and respond to inquiries.
• Keep cash wrap area and sales floor organized and restocked.
• Lightly clean and maintain visual presentation of the department.
• Share product knowledge and fashion trend information to assist customers.
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and rewards.
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
