Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department setting by performing makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommending products to meet customer beauty goals. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to build relationships and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming and organized beauty department.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations for customers
• Recommend products and routines based on individual beauty goals
• Use text and social media to sell and build a customer following
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
• Set and achieve sales goals and utilize selling tools
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to stay customer-ready
