Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide style and fit advice with honesty and confidence
• Use networking and technology to drive sales including text and social media
• Open new reward program accounts to grow relationships
• Support department readiness by filling orders and stocking merchandise
• Re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready environment
