Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for women's footwear through consultative selling and building long-term client relationships. Execute professional selling behaviors, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities. This is a part time retail role focused on delivering a luxury client experience and meeting or exceeding sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling advice for women's footwear
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals and targets
• Develop and maintain a clientele base through proactive clienteling
• Maintain thorough product and brand knowledge
• Collaborate with vendor partners on events and sales initiatives
• Execute appropriate selling behaviors professionally and consistently
• Work required weekend schedule including Fridays Saturdays and Sundays
