Style Advisor

Summary

The Style Advisor is an in-store sales role focused on delivering personalized styling and product expertise to customers. You will participate in a multi-layered training program, build client relationships, and contribute to store sales and visual standards through direct, professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training to develop product knowledge and styling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products
• Execute professional sales techniques to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to grow loyalty through the store's client program
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation in line with visual guidelines
• Ensure store operations and standards meet company expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or customer service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong product enthusiasm
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
