Sales Associate - Troy Somerset

Summary

The Sales Associate delivers best-in-class client service and achieves individual sales goals by building lasting client relationships through product knowledge and proven selling ceremonies. This role supports boutique operations, merchandising, and inventory management while representing a luxury brand standard of service. The position requires a strong drive for results, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
• Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication; develop and maintain a local and international client book.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and engage clients with product stories and details.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and boutique housekeeping as needed.
• Manage individual stock assignments, organize sales floor and back-of-house inventory, and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues and assist with packing or wrapping merchandise when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships and recruit top clients.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete business and client documentation.
• Adaptable time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
