Dior Shoe Ambassador

Summary

The Dior Shoe Ambassador supports the Dior shoe business within a leased department environment, delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product expertise, and strong collaboration with store teams. This role combines sales support, client recruitment and journey management with operational and visual merchandising responsibilities. The ambassador ensures brand standards are upheld while enabling sales performance and maintaining boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence and adhere to all brand standards.
• Deliver personalized client service, product knowledge, and brand storytelling to drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with leased department store sellers and provide ongoing training and styling guidance.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and complete boutique opening and closing procedures.
• Process Dior POS transactions accurately and ensure compliance with payment and retention policies.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock movements, and stockroom organization.
• Complete required daily and weekly reporting, sales and banking reconciliation, and operational follow-up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, safety, and compliance standards.
