Sales Support

Summary

Provides operational and customer-facing support to ensure a seamless in-store experience. Facilitates strong customer relationships with a personal, hospitality-driven approach while executing stock, visual, and point-of-sale tasks accurately. Assists with merchandise handling, including receiving and processing shipments to floor-ready standards, and maintains customer goods. Works collaboratively with the sales team and performs additional duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate execution of stock, visual merchandising, and POS activities
• Create an engaging and welcoming environment for all customers
• Assist with shipment receiving, processing, and preparing merchandise to floor-ready standards
• Maintain customer goods and ensure proper handling of merchandise
• Carry out additional duties to support the sales team as directed by management
