Summary

Provide fashion-focused sales and customer service in the shoes department, building lasting customer relationships and growing a loyal following both in-store and digitally. Work toward sales goals while helping keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and styling feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support customers with honest guidance on style and fit.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain department readiness.
• Work a variable schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed.

Requirements
