Summary

The Retail Sales - Shoes associate delivers personalized styling and selling expertise to cultivate and grow customer relationships both in-store and digitally. This role focuses on meeting sales goals through effective use of selling tools, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. The position requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in departments other than the primary area.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using texting and social media.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer following.
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit advice to customers.
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open new rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.
