Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using available selling tools.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following.
• Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on product fit and selection.
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open customer accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns and light cleaning.
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed and adapt to variable schedules.
