Provide fashion-focused sales and styling services in the shoes department, building customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Work toward sales goals while helping maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and perform light cleaning.
• Adapt to changing schedules and occasional duties in other departments.
