Summary

Sell shoes and provide personalized service while building customer relationships in-store and through digital channels. Work toward sales goals and help maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit advice, and develop product knowledge.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and flexibly support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to remain active for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
