Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales for shoes, building customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products
• Use text and social media to engage customers and support sales
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Work flexibly and occasionally support other departments as needed
