Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Grow customer relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team to support department needs
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
