Responsibilities

• Provide honest, confident styling advice to help customers select complementary pieces and complete looks.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through in-store interactions and digital outreach (text, social media, apps).
• Drive sales by setting appointments, following up after purchases, and promoting events and the loyalty program.
• Sell across departments, collaborate with team members, and maintain a welcoming, organized selling environment.
• Handle merchandise, including moving, organizing, and presenting product on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Comfortable selling across departments and price points with strong styling and wardrobe knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and a goal-driven approach to building a personal customer business.
• Enthusiasm for digital engagement and ability to leverage social media and retail technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a variable retail schedule.
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift items up to 25 pounds.
