Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, and perform price markdowns
• Re-merchandise and maintain a customer ready department
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
