Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service and building long term client relationships at a luxury retail boutique. The role focuses on understanding client needs, achieving individual and team sales goals, and representing the brand with professionalism and passion. Works closely with the Team Manager and colleagues to maintain a dynamic store environment and leverage clienteling tools for follow up and retention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects company values
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective client engagement
• Develop and maintain long term relationships using in house clienteling tools
• Learn and master product knowledge across all categories to advise clients
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment
• Use strategic sales and commercial mindset to drive performance

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong sales orientation with ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance
• Ability to use clienteling tools and in house systems for follow up
