Retail Sales - Women's Apparel - Barton Creek Square Mall

Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance while building customer relationships and achieving in-store and digital sales goals. This variable-schedule role supports the Women's Apparel department and may occasionally require work in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and style and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Support the customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively on a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals, and flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
