Responsibilities

• Meet in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide service tailored to their needs.
• Share honest guidance on style and fit, and develop fashion and product expertise.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Grow customer relationships by opening Rewards program accounts.
• Work flexibly across departments as needed.

Requirements

• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule based on business needs.
