Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide confident, honest feedback to customers about style and fit
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and the ability to excel in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and follow-through
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
