Summary

Provide customer-focused sales and styling support in the women's apparel department. Build lasting customer relationships and help achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit guidance, and share product knowledge.
• Help keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program and work with the team to serve customers.

Requirements
