The Salesperson supports women's apparel sales by providing fashion guidance and excellent customer service in-store and through digital selling. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Deliver responsive customer service and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Adapt to business needs, including working flexible schedules and occasionally supporting other departments.
