Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to assist in other departments
- Use networking and technology to support sales efforts
- Follow physical requirements for handling and lifting merchandise
