Summary

Provide fashion styling and customer service in the women's apparel department, building lasting customer relationships in-store and through digital selling. Work toward sales goals while helping keep the department ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide honest advice about style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Adapt to varying schedules and occasional assignments in other departments.
