Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new Rewards accounts
• Provide styling and fit guidance with honest, confident feedback
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Support team needs and occasionally perform duties in other departments

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales and strong product knowledge
• Ability to work in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to a flexible schedule
