Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide confident, honest feedback on style and fit
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Use networking and technology to drive sales
• Work as part of a team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
• Maintain organization and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
