Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling to build customer confidence and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Conduct bra fittings, meet sales goals, and maintain a customer-ready department while collaborating with the team and continuing product education.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve sales goals in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Maintain department cleanliness and presentation
- Participate in trainings to remain knowledgeable about fashion and products
- Collaborate with team members to support department operations
- Use technology and networking to drive sales
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
