Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using texting and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide style and fit guidance with honest and confident feedback
- Open new rewards program accounts and drive customer enrollment
- Support department readiness through filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain organized merchandising areas
- Occasionally flex into other departments as business needs require
- Use networking and technology to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in luxury and/or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong organization and follow through
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
