Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling in a retail environment, building customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions to drive sales and loyalty. Perform department tasks to maintain a customer-ready environment and participate in ongoing product and fitting training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and advising on fit and style
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service
• Achieve sales goals in-store and via digital tools like text and social media
• Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise
• Assist with price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department presentable
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
• Participate in training to maintain product and fitting knowledge

• Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
