Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product choices
• Open new rewards program accounts and promote customer loyalty
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain department customer readiness
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed
