• Create and maintain customer connections through in-store interactions, text, social media, and Nordstrom apps.
• Drive sales by setting appointments, following up after purchases, and inviting customers to events.
• Sell across departments and adapt to different merchandise categories and customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling environment and collaborate with team members for a seamless experience.
