Retail Stock And Fulfillment - Irvine Spectrum Center

Summary

Seasonal and regular role responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling merchandise and customer orders at an Irvine mall location. Starts early morning and supports inventory flow to selling departments while maintaining organized stock areas and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Assist with markdowns, store fixture relocation and event setup
• Follow quality standards for handling and shipping merchandise

Requirements

• Ability to start work at 3 am
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with strong prioritization
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using various technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
