Summary

Early morning logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and supporting store operations at the NYC flagship. Role requires attention to detail, comfort with technology and ability to lift merchandise. Works a flexible schedule and an early morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling departments
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling floors and stockrooms
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise shipment or inventory discrepancies
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special event setup, markdowns and fixture relocation

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using various technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning shifts
• Eligibility to work in the specified location
