Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling merchandise and customer orders to support store operations. The role requires attention to detail, use of inventory systems, and maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. Candidates should be able to lift frequently and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders following quality and packing standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders per shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup and markdowns

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
